Consumer Affairs CACapture Moments provides photography services for product photography, including studio and on-location work in Lachine, subject to availability and pre-session planning. The scope of each project is confirmed through the inquiry, review, reference, shot list, and quote process before work begins.
WIPOFees are quoted on a project basis and may depend on product count, setup requirements, and intended use. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated during the booking process.
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference materials, and any items needed for the session, and for arranging product return where required. Any sample setup, production plan, or delivery arrangement remains subject to confirmation before the session proceeds.

Photography results depend on the products supplied, the approved setup, lighting conditions, and the agreed scope of editing. Capture Moments does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images, exact image counts, or any transformation beyond reasonable photographic and retouching work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capture Moments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
